We want you to love your REEF gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. If your new sandals or apparel aren't the perfect fit, we make the exchange and return process simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
